95 eg hatch high hc and co emissions.

should have just kept it open title to flip it ;)
the seafoam and alcohol did nothing to help your cause. in fact the alcohol probably hurt the cat. meow stock muffler does nothing to help so that was wasted time. what kind of cat did you put on? i am assuming autozone wires plugs cap n rotor. hondas hate those and run super shiity on them having the timing fully retarded is not helping in fact probably caused it to fail so miserably set the timing back to stock. get an OEM honda cat. ngk plugs. OEM honda cap, rotor and wires run the shit out of the car before you go to get the cat hot and working properly :samuri: |
if its a d15b7 in a hatch and only getting 27mpg then its running really really rich and shitty. you should be getting 35-40 with that engine in that chassis
how many miles on said OEM honda cat? cap not as big of issue than wires. either NGK or OEM honda on the wires |
refer to my previous post above ^ saying denatured alcohol kills cats ;)
wires do make a difference. how much on emissions i dont know 100% i do know that cars pick up HP and stop breaking up on the dyno when shitty wires are thrown away and OEM honda wires are used |
