Scratched Rims
 

When I purchaced my car, the rims were all scratched. instead of painting over them, I found this.

wow soo if i have black rotas could i use that puddy and just use black paint then? or do u have to use that particular paint so it sticks or what?

Umm yeah u have to use a primer to get the paint to stick it needs a ground coat.

Black wheel-black primer
Silver wheel-grey primer...is this helpin ya?
