Yeah, those flanges are one of the easier welds. Your sch 10 skills look like you're almost there. Great penetration.

lol, i welded it that day without the costume and then posed for the pic later that night, i could have put the gogs on and welded it though it shouldnt have been a problem.

thanks guys, i primarily stick with j-bodys and neons and some dsm's. ive got that d15 head i ported on the 1st or second page for my machinist but thats all ive done for any honda's thus far.
