I'll check if I have one. he used to go to the cheba hut meet all the time. He drove a 4 door white EF w/ a turbo B16. He used to always spin his tires everywhere we went. And he always had a party every night after the meet.

Also I'm sure I can find this guy but emotions get the best of me so don't wanna do anything dumb. Plus like I said I have full custody of my son so I'm guessing a assault charge could jeopordize that, and I can't risk that.

Is there a reason this thread has been stickied and the "Juan aka creative autobody" scam was never stickied? It seems many more people were affected by that scam and for $1000's between everyone. The problem still hasn't been resolved but I'm just curious why this calls for immediate attention? Why aren't these scammers immediately banned permanently instead of letting them roam the site and scam more people?

Taggart this wasn't directed at you necessarily, sometimes I just feel that some threads receive higher priority than others, and some get erased of important information that unfortunately is valuable to the situation at hand. There should be ONE mod solely in charge of these threads and keeping em clean. I won't say I'm not up for the job either.

When it comes down to it, its the consumers decision to purchase goods from a questionable dealer. The reason they end up at these places usually stems from their inability to pay for a reputable shop.

Im not trying to downplay the wrong doings of these scam artists, im clearly pointing out, that if we focused on every single thread regarding someone who feels they got scammed, we might as well start another site. Its the consumers job to be informed and make a decision based on this information.

These types of stories will remain public, sticky or not.
