You send one certified restricted delivery and one delivery confirmation. The delivery confirmation knows he was actually delivered, the certified (if he signs) is legal documentation.

Small claims is not free, but pretty low cost and you can include the fees in your claim. It's also capped at $2500, not $5000. You'd also have to pay for a process server and successfully have him served to be able to have your day in court. You can't sue someone in absentee unless they were successfully served, in which case you'd win by default.

There is a laguna seca blue type color audi that looks like an S4 at UTI. Is that him? That is actually pretty clean tho.

Alright I'm pretty sure its him. If you want to meet him personally he usually parks on the west side of the building by all the msat classes and works out at la fitness I go too. He looks similar but not too sure. The audi had a utah plate btw.

ive been scammed a couple times on this site back in like 06'-07' on parts. it fuckin sucks! i was an idiot back then and could have easily avoided knowing what I do now. i hope you get this resolved eventually.
