what's the fastest true street car around here??
 

And i don't mean "true street class", i mean a true street driven car...
and not a full track car that "can be driven to the track if i wanted to"...
im asking because im planning on building some sort of real street car, I'm shooting for high to mid 10's maybe low 10s, who knows...
I used to own a mid 9 sec. car back home, but i had a way better job, and less economic responsibilities when i built it, now im trying to b more realistic about what i can afford so I tough about this...

I dont think its the fastest but here it is...b20 vtec turbo 380hp 295tq. 11.70@118.9 Full interior nothing cut.

LOL Im pretty sure its ALLVTEC is his SN on here.

Hes running a 67mm Turbo and it continues to get his track times down every track outing.

Hes gone high 9's so far and getting better.

whats the difference when someone says street car i think a car that can drive on the street as a daily driver, and when i think of a street driven car i think of the same thing, i think your being to picky my friend

not being picky "my friend", i was pretty clear about what im looking for.

i would reword it as street car and track only car, its more clear

i would have to say its joes (locash) kseries integra. that thing ran 11.0's on a bone stock motor with a baby turbo. he doesnt take it to the track anymore and doesnt care about it anymore because the car doesnt have all the necessary safety equipment thats needed to go that fast, cage/scattershield/5point harness. he still has it, but has a more comfortable car to daily drive his kids in.

i know of a couple 8 sec/9 sec street cars here in the valley... just not imports lol

not a honda but isnt there the fastest and quickest GTR in the world here in PHX. AMS Alpha 10 package, still has AC, PS, Cruise, just carbon doors, trunk lid, hood, etc but not gutted full interior. Its went 9.1 @ 163. Specifically 9.19 i believe.

They expect to break into the 8's with a fully tweaked Alpha 10 package and mid/low 8's on the Alpha 12 package thats still being created.
