I looked at mine on jackstands with a l/r camber kit in my hand i wasnt able to put on!

cleaned my engine bay and TRIED to fit a jack under it. needless to say only the cleaning worked.

picked up my new exhaust manifold studs to replace the broken off ones that the previous owner decided to wrench the sht out of! decided for sum reason that i will attempt to start a wire tuck, researching at the moment...oh and picked up HONDA oil and filter, changed oil while i was at it.

i have p/s, but have been contemplating taking it off. this is actually the first car ive ever had that it stayed on past the first week i owned it, lol.

Not hating either way by any means! But is there a reason we take out out p/s? I drove my homies hatch w/o it and that shit sucked. Plus he had a tiny ass steering wheel which didn't really help. But I was just wondering.
O and I charged my battery and drove my shit today also bought nice, used tires to hold me off till after xmas. Should have them on the fat fives by thursday |
they think u will get like 50 extra hp. feels the same to me eather way. i mean really take ur belt off and turn it with ur hand there is no resistence. the only time there is any strain is when ur turning and idk who is guning it while in process of a turn.

Today I finally got around to making my fogs yellow...the correct way. I have extra sets if anyone wants them too. $15 or $20 if you want me to do it.
Also a few questions about removing your P/S. I've tried just taking off the belt and it made P/S fluid overflow my tank....Does it just have to be less full?? And what do you have to do if you remove it completely? loop your rack and pinion? what if it leaks? then all the fluid will leak out and your car will steer like shit??? |
ok this all i got to say DONT TAKE IT OFF i just took mine off due to a rack leak and that shit sucks ass to take off. i just took my p/s pump off the canister and the line from the pump to the rack i took off. i just pluged the other lines from the rack to return to the canister. and took the p/s cooler lines out thats it hope that will be fine. |
