Suns season comming up! The offseason sucked; lost a decent sized piece to the puzzle in Kurt Thomas added a small crappy piece in Brian Skinner, had two knee surgeries Raja and Amare, Grant hill scored 20+ points in the phoenix scrimmage and....SHAWN MARION WANTS TO BE TRADED. it wont happen but non-the-less this will mess with our chemistry a bit regardless of what he or anyone says.

I think the Shawn Marion ordeal will have a great impact in the locker room. It may eventually fade out but we'll see. And what the fuck is a Brian Skinner?

will raja and stat be ready for the season?

Yes Raja and Stat should be ready for the season... from what i heard is that it was a minor surgery and only took a few weeks to recover from.

they are projected to be. raja played in the scrimmage i believe and stoudomire is already running around but either way, it put them a step behind.

ya so was oldens surgery and look what happened there

I hope they let the guys with the surgeries take it easy in the beginning, since they don't HAVE to have the #1 record from the get go. They need to be eased back into real gameplay. Too bad about Kurt and too bad Shawn wants out. :(

Regardless of the set backs, I'm looking way forward to the season!

So what was the Spurs offseason like?

well they retain the same team as always tony parker got hurt but it was nothing big, like a pulled muscle or something. they are still the team to beat and the only one that i believe stands in our way.

key to winning it all: Boris Diaw aka 3d playing to his potential 2 seasons ago. He's in better shape this year.

i believe its pretty much all on amare and grant hill staying healthy honestly. Boris can suck it in my opinion.

Suns won preseason opener by 11 against the kings with limited play by nash and no play by amare. great sign!

i honestly think if anything he will play harder. The only thing he can do is opt out and lose like 15 million or stay until his contract runs out. He is going to want to help his market value by playing hard so the suns get trade offers they cannot resist because the suns will not trade. he led the suns in the scrimmage and i think he is going to be huge this season...i just hope if and when we trade him we get a similar player like kirilenko.

ya he's just after more money, and he wants to boost his worth for next year so he should bust his ass this year. thats usually how it goes in "contract years"
