Starting up again advice?

ive been becoming very sick every 4-7 days and my doctor thinks its because of my very poor physical strength and stamina. i cant even take off 2 wheels from my car with out becoming worn out. so i wanted to ask for advice on how to start up again on getting my strength and stamina back up to where i wont become sick for even 1-2 months. i will consider all advice, thank you

Very light cardio and light weights on MACHINES at the gym. What does your diet look like?

currently my doctor wants me on a 90% liquid organic diet, but im proobably doing 50-60% kiquid

Well, there must be a medical reason for that which I am unaware of, so stick with that. Honestly dude, if this is something medical and not just "I get worn out easily and need to do something about it" Your best option is to speak to your doctor about some rehab activities to get you back in the swing of things.

Can you give us some more details on your current physical condition and if you have some sort of medical condition?

Are you overweight and get severely tired and winded? Are you underweight and frail?

Why is your doctor recommending a liquid diet?

Are you joining a gym?

Depending on the answers to these questions will determine what advice should be given. I am inclined to say you need to be on a good strength based program and concentrate on compound lifts, forget machines or any sort of isolation movements. You need to build a strength base.

What is your height and weight?

Did she treat the infection with anti-biotic?
