Madball, Skarhead, American Nightmare, and a whole slew of other bands.....if so lets hang out.....even better if you play an instrument.....

i listen to metal/hardcore and the techno stuff too. miss may i, parkway drive, the devil wears prada, a day to remember, confide, stuff like that i used to be into death metal stuff like through the eyes of the dead but not so much anymore

DWP, parkway drive etc.....isn't exactly what I'd call hardcore I'm into a few of those bands similar to that but that whole genre is getting pretty boring to me....

I think DWP is more on the metal side.....Parkway drive is the same thing....Okay music but that style is so washed out and done before IMHO

Look up Skarhead, Madball, Warzone, Agnostic Front, American Nightmare, Terror, Gorrilla Biscuits, Judge, Justice League etc....that shit is true Hardcore....

i looked up a few of those bands you listed and they are like what some would say OG Hardcore. I would say TDWP and Parkway Drive is what some would call Post-Hardcore or Metalcore.

we could debate for years what is hardcore and what is not, but my opinion is bands like TDWP and Parkway Drive is hardcore/metal but forsure the bands you listen to are Hardcore.

can't stand death metal, my buddy mike is in a band that's like that and the shit just is annoying to me. it's not rhythm it's just chug and pinch harmonics...

i like shit with a melody to it... i guess i like pussy hardcore like a static lullaby, alesana, asking alexandria, older FATA, etc...

I know that some of the music is straight chug chug but thats not all of it by any means lol. Especially the local deathmetal grindcore scene.

the band is called Locust Solus. His name is Mike, he's black. The singer is Chris and the drummer is Tim. I'm not sure of the bassist anymore, but their old band was The Traitor Aspect. Me and mike have been friends since like 9th grade and he's been playing since about 10th. For a while in The Traitor Aspect my other friend Ivor played with them. He was in the local band Inpassing Calvary and a few others.

yea everyone used to have a band lol. Thats like one of my favorite memories. Hanging out behind different venues and drinking all night when like half of the bands on the list were all our little group of friends

Talk about it, my friends little brother has a band going, theyre all like 16 and play with knights and darkness every few weeks, theyre starting to get kind of big. Cold blooded theory. They recorded with griffen from nights a while ago and the tracks came out descent. Vocals could have tracked better.

yeah that's why i stopped going. people just need to chill out, i know it's hardcore music but no one needs to get in fights or intentionally try to hurt people, which is what a lot of the brohams are about.

its fucking hilarious. i told my girlfriend before i went how i dont go to shows anymore because of the drama, and the first show i go to in over a year someone starts a fight then everyones talking about guns and shooting each other.

hey what bout august burns red? i seen someone said acacia strain i seen them and gwar at the house of blues in south carolina and someother joke band. always thought gwar was weird until i seen them pretty badass show, and the drummer for acacia strain plays soooo fast and hard he breaks sticks like every 30 seconds pretty cool...o and a lil older stuff since im from east coast how bout blood for blood or suicidal tendencies??

Blood for Blood....we used to see those guys what seemed like almost every weekend growing up.....but I did live next door to Mike Score from All Out War which probably helped......still my favorite band possibly ever......although more metal

Speaking of that After the burial, Animals as Leaders are currently in the mix as far as metal...

Your Demise and Deez Nutz some awesome old school hardcore from down under and across the pond....if you havent checked these guys out your seriously missing out.

no, im from here. i have with honor lyrics tattooed on me, favorite band. and yeah, i know they broke up. i was devastated and it was around the same time champion broke up too, which made it even worse. 2 of the best posi bands ever, gone.
