Lose 30 pounds
Plans: drink water only Eat small portions do some walking I have already felt better these past 2 days :) Have any advice on losing stomach fat like the love handles and rolls lol. I don't have a hard gut just the jelly stuff. |

There are ways to "target" belly fat however, it is usually a last step type thing, and really just dialing in your diet, and getting leaner is what is needed. |
My goal is to add another 20 lbs this year while keeping by body fat about where it's at 7%.
Also to stay off rockstars. After drinking about 1 a day for years I decided to stop drinking them. 15 days without one! |
Good luck! 7% is shredded. If you can gain 20lbs in a year, staying that lean, that is a remarkable accomplishment.
You should throw up some before and afters. |

Bulking started today. Going to push up to around 210, despite having to add some fat. It is just part of the game..

If you get tired of water, add in some mio. Costs abotu 4 bucks but it'll last a while and tastes great. |

My powerlifting buddy has been hitting me up randomly 1-2 times a week and I have been catching a session with him, on top of my own training. Yesterday was my day off, and he hit me up for some heavy single bench pressing with bands. Then today I did shoulders, tri's, and back. Last week I did legs on wed, then he hits me up and we did a heavy bench session at night..lol I need some rest, but fuck it, I guess I am down if you guys really are going to get together.. Depending on what you want to train maybe I will just skip Friday. Just don't flake out if I skip shit! |

Eating right is a big thing this year for me and toning up the mid section as well. Im already consistent at the gym so thats a plus.
