locks wont lock or unlock
 

So my 96 accord is having lock issues.

I press the power lock switch and iI can hear all the doors try to lock but it won't, like all the actuators are stuck.

I try to unlock them using my key and it won't turn. It feels forced.

I try to manually lock all the doors but the driver door, rear driver side door and the front passenger side door won't lock. When putting pressure on the manual lock, it feels like it's going to snap since it doesn't want to go down.

Any ideas on what it could be?
