code 14
 

got a code14. iac valve. took old one out and cleaned it put it in/disconected battery. code still there! tested volts or whatever 14.3. tested wire from plug to ecu, powers goin tthrew... so i bought a brand new 1 from honda today.$245.70.. volts were 13.4 or something like that. put it in, unplugged battery and ecu/ tested again code still there! WTF! does anyone have any ideas or any feedback on what else the code 14 is still on for....97 h22a.. p5m ecu.. 96civic cx...
my friend thinks it could be something to do with the throttle position sensor.. or he thinks that the plug itself isnt grounded.
