What does this mean? It's hard to understand what you're trying to offer?

Are you saying you have a flashpro for sale that has an existing NA tune or you are planning on selling a flash pro and going to tune the car for free?

Also does this mean si only? Maybe a dumb question, but still.

I am asking that if anyone who does NOT have a flashpro but is in the market for a tune, to contact me. I have a deal for them :)
