ECU swap
 

I'm running a p28 ecu in a 99 LS with a OBD 2 GSR motor and engine harness. The ecu is throwing a code for an automatic trans, VTec, and knock sensor. First off, can I get around the auto trans fault myself? When I get tuned with Neptune can they get rid of that fault? Is the body harness on the 99 LS not wired with a Vtec wire? The motor obviously is, and the p28 is. Anyone know what pin number on the ECU I need to add the Vtec wiring to if I have to? Same for the knock fault, is the LS body harness not wired? What pin on the ECU would I have to add to?
