1981 1300 civic carburetor...
 

so my hatch got stolen back in march and i bought a 81 civic from a friend of mine in cali...but the carburetor is bad on it...so i was advised to get a Weber 32/36 carburetor...but i was wondering, is that smog legal here in arizona??? i was thinking it wasn't because its an aftermarket carburetor.....thanks guys!

There is no such thing as "SMOG" legal in AZ. We don't have "SMOG" checks. All you have to do is pass the emissions standards that were in place in 1981, reguardless of what engine or anything else is in the car. If you put that Weber carb on it, as long as it is tuned well, it should pass emissions.
