Brake booster delete

How hard is it to re-install a oem master cylinder/ brake booster when a car has a wilwood brake booster delete? do you just swap it right out and its all good or what?

I dont think it would be as simple as that, I'm sure the hard lines will need to be redone to accommodate the new location.
