building a d16y7
Little steps at a time. I plan to build a vitara d16y7 vtec for 220-250 hp.
First i neec to know a good place where i can get the block, honed, acid washed, check walls and all the other things to prep the block. I guess i can use this thread to post a build thread if i get any help. |
I have a y7 block already tapped with fitting and line. You can take it for 30 bucks lol.
if I were you I would get a z6. I can bet you that you will have oil problems unless you port the oil pump |
I got a mini vtec in a trade so Im trying to work with what I have.
What do you have tapped? And yes. I plan getting a y8 oil pump ported for that extra oil. |
Idk lol I bought it off cray for the pistons and rods in the block
|
How much for the fitings?
