A/C shops..
 

ok so i have an A/C issue in my 95 civic ex. i vacuumed and charged it and it only blew cold on the freeway. upon further inspection it was time for a new condensor.
so i get a new condensor, install it and check all bolts/connections to make sure they are tight. then i hook it up to the a/c machine at work. i do a 15 minute vacuum, 9 minute leak check (passed) and the charge as specified on the oem sticker.
PROBLEM IS: turned it on and its COOL at best, not cold like it should be.

where is a good, reliable shop that could diagnose the issue for a decent price or a "free A/C check"?

Check your heater control valve make sure it's in the full cold position

it was but i ended up sucking it down for like 2 hours then it worked OK after that.. thanks for bumping an old dead thread.. i dont even have the car anymore.. POST COUNT +1 ???
