well Westgate is actually private property... and they have a bunch of info on their site about shooting any pics there.

I've never had a problem on public property... Only private property. I had a Scottsdale PD be a real dick to me a few wks ago.

One thing to keep in mind is the basic rule:
If you can see it from PUBLIC property, you can shoot it.
