missing usdm itrs
 

So i let a friend in tucson borrow my usdm itrs for thier car cause it was a 5 lug and he needed something to roll on at the time before he got new wheels but i never got them back and where they are suppose to be located they are not there so i believe they have been stolen now.
LMK of anyone see them around tucson
3 are black coated one is stipped down.. all 4 have mis matched tires

plus is there anyone that has extensive knowledge of alarm wiring? i need mine rewired plus my siren reattached
