Definitely fraud. If the thieves were able to get the car, even with all of the anti theft, chances are this wouldn't have been their fist time thus they wouldn't have driven so carelessly resulting in an accident. If it was flat bedded I would understand. Happened to a friends gs300 in LA. When it was recovered it was completely stripped. Funny that it was only two blocks form a body shop too.. Oh well charge it to the game I guess lol.

Dude has been very shady about the whole thing. Police left a VM with me. When I call back, im going to give them my opinion on the situation. ; )
