what ecu does my car have?
I just picked up a 95 civic with a d16y5 swap, the problem is the Ecu says. 97. Del sol Ecu but the part that says P## is scratched off so I cant tell what Ecu it is. Is there another way to ID the Ecu? Btw the ecu does say 97 on it but wasn't rewired for obd2 nor has a jumper harness so has to be obd1.

Ill have to take a picture of the ecu to help out a bit.
The p## is gone. The ecu has writing that says 97 del sol but ecu plugs-n-plays in my obd1 car, so can't be 97. Is there another way than reading p## to find what ecu I have? Btw Vtec engages at about 5k rpm |
97 del sol was still OBD1 so it still plugs and play. Take off the five screws and take off the lid, it is marked on the inside of on the plugs.
