Paddock / Gate Times
Paddock Parking Restrictions
The paddock expansion is complete and paddock space should not be an issue but please still only use what you need. Guys without a motorhome, trailer, etc. are important too ya know! :-)

Event Schedule
“What time do I need to show up?” is the #1 question we are asked, especially by the folks new to NASA. The gates will open at 6AM on Sat & Sun and the mandatory drivers meeting will start promptly at 7:30AM. We always suggest showing up at least an hour before the drivers meeting to allow enough time to find a spot, check in with Driver Info (if you’re HPDE1) and get your car through tech and any other last min items before the drivers meeting. For exact times see the attached (draft) schedule (at the bottom).
NOTE: Despite this being a "NASA Arizona" event, we will recognize “Pacific Time” (PDT) since we will be in CA.

Tech Inspection
HPDE, Time Trial and Race cars will all go to the same Tech location. Drivers need to be prepared and have the correct form already filled out and logbooks ready to go to avoid delays. All forms can be found at

NOTE: All race cars that have not been issued a NASA logbook, are required to have their initial inspection performed by one of the authorized shops prior to arriving onsite to avoid tech/safety issues that cannot be resolved onsite. Exceptions to this need to be pre-approved in writing specifically by

Competition Classing and Team Declarations
All competitors classing sheets and Team Declarations are posted at nasaaz.com under the "Competition" section. Please work with Jeff Abrams (jeff@mazdamaniac.com) prior to arriving onsite if your classing sheet is not up to date.
