I need help once again ef hatch obd1
OK... SO I GOT A GOOD D15 B2 BOTTOM END WITH A 94 VX VTEC HEAD ... B20 THROTTLE BODY ...FINALLY GOT IT RUNNING ... WELL I PUT A BIGGER INTAKE MANI ON IT ... SO IT STARTS WITH A LIL STRUGGLE AND IT IDLES WITH A HONDA IDLE .... KINDA...IDLES AT 1000 TO 1300 ... BUT ... YOU CANNOT REV IT OR CONTROL THE IDLE AT ALL ... YOU CAN WIDE OPEN THROTTLE AND IT DOES NOT AFFECT IT AT ALL ... I HAVE CHANGED ALL THE SENSORS AND SHIT LIKE THAT I AM AT A LOSS .... PLEASE HELP... ALSO I EVEN WENT AS FAR AS PUTTING ON THE FACTORY INTAKE MANI BACK ON AND GOT THE SAME THING... BUT NOW IT HONDA IDLES AT LIKE 3000 TO 3300

wow first things first.
1. take the caps lock key. 2. punctuate and spelling are helpful. 3. how is it obd1? 4. vx head with b2 block has major timing issues based on your 13.1:1 compression so if you just slap it on and hope it works you have another thing coming. 5. did you even do an mpfi swap on the hatch? 6. why are you trying to sell a car for 1300 that doesn't even run? 7. WTF is a "honda idle," my car idle's at 800 which is within 750 +- 50 spec. i hope this helps. |
