89 crx fuel pump
 

guy told me it just needs a fuel filter and pump. got it all in. how many times does it need to be primed before it will start. it was sitting for awhile with tank empty and drain plug removed. also the filter was removed. is there something else that needs to be done. theres no fuel rail on these engines

so its a dual point engine in there and not starting? :)

someone also said make sure theres a half tank of gas.and the pump should be pumping with force. not just coming out

was the gas level. i didnt want to add too much in case i had to take the pump out(12$)ebay. i put a little over 3 gals in, but it wasnt enough i guess..
