Very nice!! I'm also gonna hold off till its paid off too!! I have a 03 Accord EX-L V6! Loving it very smooth gonna go down to the dealer tho and have them check out the power steering hose! It seems that the power steering fluid is disappearing and has a recall due to that issue!! Also im the 2nd owner the orignal owner lived in goodyear and was an older gentleman so very clean inside and out!!
You guys got the k24 starting in the 03's right?
I think so... Yes???
I have an 04 2.4 5spd 60k miles and bone stock.
Sent from my XT907 |
Yes k24 even my auto pulls these pigs around well
Has anyone taken there accord down to honda for the recalls they have had on them?? I wanna take my car down there but i dont want them to jank me around about the recall due on my power steering, Ive already went to showcase honda and asked them about the recall and he just gave me a run around and wanted to charge me just to check out the problem...
Damn that sucks meng !
If the fluid is disappearing and it's nowhere to be found under the hood, it could be what my 3rd gen is doing and leaking it through the speed sensor on the transmission. Just a thought.
Twat how is that even possible..I was more thinking the rack and pinion or the power steering hose leaking on to the catalytic convert so there isnt really wet spot to look for also at times i do smell weird things but it was more rotten smell from the catalytic but only when im WOT on the freeway
There are seals in the speed sensor. I asked a friend who is a Honda tech if it were possible to leak fluid out of the speed sensor. He said yes and that he's seen it.
Have a 03 accord k24... my daily
My daily is an 06 EX-L V6 6SP sedan with 89k on it. Only have had it a year and love it!

Well the maintaince light came in for the first time since the warranty ran out so I'm thinking I'm gonna do the stuff myself and save the money over the dealer... Kinda nervous even though it's still simple, I hope... Except they say they would do stuff to the fuel filters and inspect a bunch of stuff...
