HELP! 99 civic ex wont start
 

I got a 99 civic ex auto with d16y8..car sat overnight, next day will not start. Its getting fuel but no spark. Put in brand new dizzy still no spark. Changed main relay still nothing. Checked all the fuses and ground connections.Tried to pull codes by jumping the pin but I'm getting a solid check engine light no blinks. Does this mean I have a bad ecu?
