what does your core workout consist of?
i got a lot leg raises and leg kick pull ups goin on. still the lower has a nice layer of juice. my diets been nice and amazing(down from 212 to 203 courtesy of the Spec) but still not gettin abs 5 & 6 lol

any suggestions to keep my abs confused is greatly appreciated

Abs are made in the kitchen.. You just got to keep getting leaner as the lower abdomen is the last to go for most people.

You can try to supplement with some Yohimbine HCL, or Alpha Yohimbine as they are A2 antagonists which will help shed stubborn fat off the midsection(high concentration in A2 receptors in men)

When using Yohimbine HCL you need to dose at .2mg per kg of bodyweight(17.5mg for you) in a SINGLE dose. Really the best time is pre cardio. You want to do this fasted for optimal results, as insulin will blunt the effects of Yohimbine.

If you go that route work up to a full dose as it can be overwhelming at first. Start with 2.5-5mg, and work up.

I like Alpha Yohimbine because it gives all the positives without the negative feelings some get from HCL..

This is a product containing Alpha Yo


Other things that cause fat in that area is potentially increased estrogen so something that controls/lowers estrogen and cortisol can really help with those problem areas.

For core work keep doing what you are doing. I would also incorporate some STANDING ab work.


I mostly use heavy deadlifts, squats, etc for core work, with some standing movements. Also can grab an ab wheel from walmart for cheap. These are good to do at home.
