So far I've made three custom headers, for a total of $1050... and zero numbers to date.

Making more isn't exactly something I'm willing to do unless it's for a close friend.

You're more than welcome to put your car on the dyno during the dyno day but that wouldn't work for what he wants. We dyno'd over 40 cars last time and there just isn't time to do tuning and before and after graphs that he needs.

I was thinking of doing a "tuning day" but I'd doubt I'd get enough serious people to commit.

Like I said brad if you want to make one for you then borrow some headers from people you know for the day I'm down to donate my time. Hell if you can borrow mickeys k20 header I could give you a comparison over a dc swap header we just baselined last night lol.

that would be sick if mickey was cool with that.

Well one car was rear ended on the way to the track after install, so can't fault him for that. The other is getting tuned in a week or two :crossing fingers:... the other is slacking though. *cough deadbird cough*

I'd prefer a unit a little further from the trans. My slave bleed port literally touches my current header. I'll send you some pics and clearance measurements and we can go from there. Would you be interested in building a 3" exhaust for it as well? What's your turn around time look like?
