95 integra gsr no start..bad coil cause no injector pulse??

would a bad ignition coil cause a no injector pulse? I got fuel pressure no injector pulse and no spark...I jumped the injectors by grounding them and they fire up. now the coil is getting power to it but no output.

I know a bad dizzy will cause other components of a car not work right.
