shit, just grab some auto primer and auto paint of your color choice. does the job . haha. jk. dont do this. i just did that, just til i can afford til get them powder coated.

Rattle can it. Seriously. I paid $200 to have wheels painted once. Then I ratttle canned it and did a better job for $12

I might rattle can some wheels i picked up. After i get bored with the color. haha

I did few sets of oem wheels, its not that hard to get a good finish on your wheels jus do um right.

i always paint my own, only way to get the color i want. looking into black chrome soon...

I prefer getting my rims powder coated but I rattle canned a set of cheap rims I had and they looked really good and lasted for the two years I had them and I believe they are still black with a red lip and it has been almost a year since I sold them. I also stuck the rims in my oven in between coats and after the final clear coat.
