Maybe afi fab can help you out. It can be jabbed using sheet aluminum. Seen a build of a z6 doing the same thing.

Talked to Joe and he said he doesn't do any kind of one off CNC

There's a place called whitney machining its between Broadway and chambers on 35st that does all kinds of cnc cutting and water jet cutting with a drawing they can do it

That sucks, I know he has CNC machines but they are all probably set up for other stuff.

i talked to dan over at Boost Junkyz and he will make it out of 1/4 and only be $200. I also talked to Bryant from Notorious and he said he is in the process of making one, so we will see what he says when i go pick up my harness
