I have actually been looking into geting back into an M3. Is your buddy willing to go down a lot on the price? I had an 04 with 80k and I sold it for $16k and this was over a year ago. I would offer your friend $12k. Does it have any wear on the doors? Any rust? Seats have any rips? Please let me know. I am interested as long as the price is right.

I'm not bashing at all. When I put my M3 for sale I was asking $20k.. Of course later I found out it wasn't worth that. I was just trying to recoupe what I bought it for. I had one for 2+ years so I would want to check it out in every way.
