Little money but need help with lowering

Im still new to the Honda world and the last car i worked on was with my friend who was teaching me some stuff but i didnt learn about the quality of certain things. I know everyone will laugh at me for how dumb this sounds but i do need help and so i must ask...
Heres what i want to do... I want to lower my car (Hellaflush because im a noob/wannabe). Right now its completely stock on the suspension part. So i think, looks pretty stock to me. But i want to lower it as much as i can just because i like the look. I have the front camber kit but will be buying the rear camber kit soon.

Heres the main problem... I only have $350.:sucker:. I know a little bit but not enough. I see that coilovers is what i should get but i dont know if i need something before hand or if i should get lowering springs instead. Need a little bit of help if thats ok.
I have a 95 Honda Civic Ex Coupe 2 door

Sorry for my fail or if this thread is put in the wrong section.

Im sure you can find a set of used coilovers for that price range. But I beg to differ on needing a camber kit while you're said DUMPED/Hellaflush, I never had them.... You won't achieve hella flush with just lowering springs..
