Are b16 and b18c the same size? Or do they vary in size?

I couldn't find the part number for them.. everytime I Google it just different brands pop up for ebay

They are 15 a set at honda. The Honda dealership by my house won't let me order acura parts..

I read that on honda tech but I wasn't 100 percent sure
