Ok I need some advise or help on why my engine is losing power and it overheats even tho it has the fan always on...I rebuilt it 3weeks ago but its not running really gtood its losing compression......its a stock gsr..!!!!

Yeah bro it lik runs good wen I'm driving normal...but if I step on it it doesn't pull at all and it smell lik smoke or gas..but it doesn't smoke at all
