Az all motor challenge
 

I am testing interest in a small event for AZ's all motor enthusiasts. In the past Collective Racing (soon to be Collective Autoworx) has held a couple of local events at Tuscon's SIR dragstrip with a really good turnout. This will be limited to ALL MOTOR classes. There is a planned payout, but that will depend on racer turnout. Trophies will be given to 4th place. This will also be for bragging rights here on AZHT and collectiveracing.net

If you are interested, in running in this upcoming event post up!

List your name and what you will be bringing. This event is planned for the beginning of next year, so you have a bit of a chance to get ready for it.

I will post more information as soon as interest developes.

One piece front ends will take you out of the street car class. The focus will be on street legal (COMP4 style) cars. There will be a "race car" class if someone brings out a car set-up like my Pro AM car. Let's face it though... there aren't any others that I know of here in AZ.

The plan is for January, but will depend on track availibility. I will finalize the details, but these posts right now are to determine if there is an actual interest or not.

What about a super slow class?? Something for 4 doors with non V single slammers..

Anytime I have put on one of these events, we have included turbo cars. None ever show up...

I should have my JDM H22A powered accord done by then I will definitely come out.

I would be interested for sure. It would need to be mid to late january though. Ill bring my stock k-swapped hatch. Ill probably be slow but sounds fun. Hopefully I have new tires by then so I am not spinning thru second. Anyone got an extra set of DRs I can borrow for the day?
