fuel pump or injectors??

car is still throwing code 43...
so far i have replaced,
main relay,
dizzy,
o2,
pressure regulator...

so im guessing its got to be one of the two.
car runs good, sometimes it cuts out at low rpm's but if i give it a little more gas it picks right back up. it holds fuel pressure just fine but sometimes it does want to idle but if i rev it up a little it will go back to normal.

any idea's?

mxtr 11-04-2009 06:25 PM

yeah it would if it was off just a tooth it would run bearly but like shit fuel pressure seems good though so?

bunday88 11-04-2009 09:46 PM

yeah pressure never drops or anything.
it doesnt run like shit all the time just every now and then,
it still makes all the power it use to,
she just throws a fit sometimes...

i got a new timming belt so ill just replace it and see if that helps first

if your still obd0 try swaping the injector resistor pack with one you know is good. i had similar problem and that fixed it for me. good luck.

My car was doing same thing. the problem with mine was bad fuel injectors. At low rpm's it's going to cut out cause it can't put fuel into the engine so it cuts.
