i have a 91 integra with a 91 gsr right now my harness is obdo------what ecu do i need to get and also should i change the harness and components?

You can use the same harness.. need to use 0bd1 p72 ecu, obd1 vtec dizzy, jumper harness obdo to obd1, obd1 injectors, jumper harness for dizzy. Mostly it that I can remember. Let Brian at hassport know what you doing and hell help you with all the wiring issues and do the harness for you as a bolt on.

just run pWO ECU if its obdo least expensive way too do it

There is no such thing as a 91 GSR - the DB2 started in 92.
