The shock tower plugs?
What harness are you comparing it to? Ex dx ect. Year would help to.

I think its like the extra crap gsr's have, like the iab, knock sensor and such.

i think its an obd1 DX harness... i traced the gs-r IAB and it actually goes to the capped (resistor delete) plug and somewhere else i think. it confused me even more since the DX harness had the same amount of wires there (resistor delete cap)...

You do know that you can just plug in any 94-01 harness in on a eg and it will work right? Just have to pin the distributor and change injector clips

That's not the issue. . I'm putting a non vtec civic harness in my gsr Integra...

Plug it in, run the wires you need.

i think i might have gotten it.. i unloomed the gsr harness and unpinned the vtec wires and pinned them into the civic harness..
im not running any IABs or anything so didnt have to worry about that stuff.
all thats left is soldering in the GM map clip and finish the rewrap.. hope it helps lol..

ok so its in the car now.. no check engine light: UNLESS i put the jumper clip in and it blinks 21 (VTEC solenoid valve) but it has continuity from the solenoid to the actual ECU board..
