vitara budget build

So I just got done building this d16a6 eagle rods vitara pistons , z6 head, delta 272 Turbo cam 550 cc injectors. Just wanted so ideas of what other supporting mods should I look into... and what kind of power should I expect thanks

A turbo would help

azstreetkings 12-21-2015 09:54 PM

Well I have the t04e Turbo that the kit came with but planning on getting a decent brand Turbo manifold since l seen all this ebay manifolds crack left and right

clutch, bigger injectors, fuel pump. 400 if your turbo is big enough would be neat.

like mop said bigger injectors, pump, springs and retainers, ported oil pump for extra insurance ,and if you have some extra coin intake mani and tb wouldn't hurt

For those above on previous builds how much "budget" we talking about? is vitara the best bang for buck or just save for wiescos?

Expected power is all on what size turbo you will run.

Cast manifolds are decent but for 300hp+ I would go for a quality manifold....

Springs and retainers and a small medium size turbo. Something rated maybe 380-450 ish. Leave the stock manifold, throttle and fuel rail and lines, you don't even need an adjustable FPR.

^^^^ says this guy with a small country eating turbo

king06 12-29-2015 11:37 PM

Lol do as I say not as I do. I could just imagine my turbo on this. Really small motor+crappy head flow+big turbo=no power.
