help with strip lugnut
 

ok,i got some new tires mounted on yesterday,so i decided to rotate my front wheels to the bad

ok

1 lug nut is strip,and the thing the lugnut goes on is strip

wtf do i do?

can i drive with only 3 lug nuts on?

you can drive on 3, but its not as good as 4... you will have to get a new wheel stud installed. if it is on the front the bad thing is getting it pressed in can damage the wheel bearing and you may need to replace that as well.

is it possible to redo the wheel stud,its not that bad at all,

its like strip like a trunk 4 a skateboard,

ummmmmm,can i force the nut on? like wd40 or something?

Re thread if it not bad or just cut the shit and cut off the lug nut and get new studs put in.

If the shop that put them on stripped the lug nut make them fix it.

you can rent (for free) re-thread tools from vato-zone... i forget exactly what their called, "tap and die set" i think... unless they are too far gone... but ive done that route numerous times and never replaced studs.
