ITR Valve spring question
 

so i got some itr valve springs from a friend but i got them just in a bunch in a coffee tin so my question is how do i identify intake vs exhaust inners and outers. there are different outers and inners from what i can see but which are intake and which are exhaust. and would it be ok to run supertech flat face valves with these with ctr cams. (jhpusa had a smokin deal on valves for 150 and i couldnt resist)

They should have color on the springs. I want to say green and yellow.

i dont think theres a difference, i could be way off lol

and the flatfaced valves should be fine with vtec pistons provided oem HG and no milling

i sorted through the springs and compared and there are 2 different outters and 2 different inners. and i dont think i have your number. shoot me a text 808-259-1350 if you find anything in your fsm. thanks
