Need help plz single can stuff

OK so I have a 94 eg coupe it has z6 Mani and a fully built y8 I mean built like pistons.rods.valve springs and retainers.has a stage 2 can.oversized oil pan and much more.
My question is it idles really low and also if I step on gas it revs up really slow until it hits launch control. Its almost impossible to drive

I just bought the car from a long time friend I drove it home and it was fine really slow but drove fine.
Then it started to run hot. I pulled off and checked it all and let it cool off. I made it home no problem. But I devoted to replace head gasket even though everything is new.

Now I have the idle issue and the rev up issue

I've done timing it's perfect.
I've checked all vac lines those are fine
I cleaned IAC and put it back on

Now idk what else to do I need suggestions

Also can't figure out this over heating issue

Ecu is tuned on hondata.

Idk please help with any ideas

Why an oversized oil pan?
Fully built? Sounds to me like it wast tuned properly . As for overheating have you checked thermostat and radiator? I would suggest getting a can of starter fluid and spraying it around the intake manifold gast and throttle body gasket to ensure you have no vacuum leak also check to make sure you pluged the right plugs into the map and tps sensor.

Yeah idk why an oversized pan he HaD a shop fully build it and this is all the did but the cars from Tennesee not here and I checked thermostat and rad everything is flowing properly I'm about to bypass the heater core and replace water pump. And checked the plugs

Heater core is least then likely what is causeing the over heating . Also radiator can look and seem like it is flowing good but can be bad . Also check wich was the fan is blowing.

Fan is sucking air so that's correct and I got her running I guess tdc marks on aftermarket crank pully were not correct
