So I wanna put v tec on my f22 I know I have to get a new head but what else and how hard is it to change?

you can get the h22 vtec head or get the f20b head which is vtec

Whats the best to get and do I need anything else?

Google is your friend on this one the SOHC Vtec and DOHC Vtec heads have been swapped onto non Vtec F motors.

just go to cb7tuner and sign up those guys know there ish when doing things like that

For the effort it would take to do all that jive and the possibility of it coming out wrong, you could pick up an f22b1 for cheap and rest easy my friend.
