Power Locks Not Working Now
 

I have an issue. When I hit unlock on my remote it disarms the car, but no longer unlocks my doors. I know the remote works properly because after I manually unlock the drivers side door, I can then hit the unlock button on my remote and the passenger side door unlocks. Same thing when locking my car. The drivers side lock will not lock unless I do it manually but the passenger side one does. The car also still arms when I hit the lock button. So what the hell is my issue? I replaced the batteries on the remote, still same problem. There is an aftermarket alarm on the car which arms the car automatically if the key is not in the ignition and in the on position, so I'm wondering if that dumb alarm is the issue...Please help me out so I can get this annoying issue fixed! Thanks.

what kind of car, factory or aftermarket actuators?

Door lock actuator most likely

That would make me feel better. It's an 03 Accord Coupe. Actuators are factory as far as I know.

Oh, and would it still be the actuator considering that my passenger door wont unlock via remote until I manually unlock the drivers side?

i would say it is the actuator - should be like $30 for the part from honda - i just replaced the drivers side one in my parents 04 accord
