EF civic wheel fitment

so i sold my fat fives. had some spare wheels with good tires, through them on and it was fine but now recently ive been hearing like a rubbing/scratching sound on the frond driver side. Nothing is loose i even raised the car up an inch and pulled the rim off to see if it was scraping the caliper but theres no marks on the rim or caliper. htey are 13 inch rims. I thought 13s were the smallest you could go?. Its only on like half throttle acceleration that you can hear it. Any feed back or ideas chime on in.

Did you turn the wheel by hand when it was in the air?
It sounds to me like your wheel bearing could be going out.

i did turn it while it was up in the air but there was no scraping nor rubbing. i thought it was the wheel bearing but the not that kind of sound, i know what that sounds like. im going to try and throw a 14 in steelie on to see if it makes a diff. if not than i know for sure that its gotta be the bearing.
