Good place to have flat spots fixed on expensive wheels
hey guys i bought these bbs rm wheels a while ago, they were on a VW and the inside lips are all bent :( and i can feel the vibration driving at 70mph+ and its driving me crazy and i think its time to get them straightened.
I called around and got anywhere from $50-$175 a wheel and honestly idc i just want a quality fix. some places sounded very enthused and others like bleh yea we can fix it. When i first moved here i had one straightened by a craigslist add "az wheel repair company" for $90 and it was still bent when i went to have it balanced... so.. Has anyone had any experience with any good wheel repair/straightening places on their expensive wheels? |

If Aaron is jn your area you can meet up with him to drop off your wheels. Ive used him several times. He also has a wheel balancer if you want him to install your tires and balance afterwards. That would cost a little extra but not much. He is the owner and operator of the business.

I ended going to wheel specialists. The repair and customer service was amazing and the repair was awesome. My only complaint is I watched one of the techs slide one of the wheels with his foot 6 feet across the shop floor like it was on ice or something...

That is very unprofessional and would not get my business ever again. I would expect them to treat my wheels as if they were top notch wheels. How heavy is the wheel that they need to kick it across the floor? Not heavy enough where it won't slide across the shop
Aaron Gallinger of Kwicksilver has always done top notch work for me and will always get my business. |
