fiberglass resin?
 
i need to sand down my bumper that i just repaired with a bunch of fiberglass resin, how should i do so and what should i use?

sand paper.. 320 and go up to smooth out.

start with 220 if you have a really uneven surface. if not 320 then up

are you sanding it by hand or air sander?

i have to do it by hand since i have no sander whatsoever. and damn its a bitch.

If your sanding by hand go get a sanding block, it'll help so much and i would honestly start with 150 and work your way up from there.

thanks. ill do that when i get some money. the stuff im usin doesnt even say what number it is, i just grabbed it off a belt sander layin around. pretty rough though and it works okay.

oooh that might be a bit much...orbital sander or block like posted earlier will work for ya
